For some, the acidity of pickles combined with chicken and a creamy, cheesy sauce might seem like a strange combination. But then you should try my recipe for chicken and pickle strips!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This is one of the recipes my mom &quot;invented&quot; and added to our rotation at home. Since she and I don&#039;t like mushrooms, we never had schnitzel in a mushroom cream sauce. This chicken and cucumber schnitzel fills that gap perfectly!
