- 15 dates (only use 10 if you're using medjool dates)
- 250 g black beans (either from a can, rinsed well under water, or 100g of dried beans, soaked over night and cooked)
- 2 eggs
- 125 g applesauce (unsweetened)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 62 g cocoa powder (unsweetened, for baking)
- 0.5 tsp baking soda
- 0.25 tsp salt
- 36 g (sugar-free) chocolate ( a row of chocolate bar, usually 4 pieces)
- 1 pinch cinnamon
