Juicy cottage cheese balls, refined by grated apple and rolled in cinnamon sugar. They are best served slightly warm, a real treat!

I always have this healthier dark chocolate hazelnut spread in the fridge. I love this simple recipe and it is so versatile! The recipe is a modified and healthier version of Gemma's "Homemade Nutella" recipe on her blog BiggerBolderBaking.com. Since this version only uses a low-carbohydrate sugar substitute and the chocolate used is also...

You can make so many delicious variations of rice pudding! There are the two classics: with applesauce and cinnamon sugar or with hot cherries. Apart from that, there are yummy variations on the chocolate or vanilla side with all kinds of fruit. As an alternative, you can also use fat reduced coconut milk and top your rice pudding with exotic fruits. Feel free to try any other variation! You can happily use this recipe as a basis and go from there!
My favorite way to make rice pudding is in the microwave. There are several pros: you can't burn the rice pudding and you don't have to stand by and stir during the cooking time. Almost everything in this salad is roasted - and that's exactly why it's so good! This salad is a wonderful poem adressing all of your taste buds: sweet due to honey in the dressing and pomegranade seeds, salty due to roasted salami and bites of sweet potato, sour due to lemon in the dressing and bitter due to arugula. It's just the perfect combination und exactly for that reason it's my favorite salad.
On the first glance you might think that it's way too much work considering all these ingredients and the many instruction steps ... And all of that "just" to eat a salad? However, I promise you, it's worth it, every time!
This recipe is based on the English recipe “Roasted Sweet Potato Salad with Honey Lemon Dressing” from the recipe blog https://www.recipetineats.com/ by Nagi. I made a few changes or developed the recipe further, such as using pomegranate seeds or salami instead of bacon. You are welcome to try both versions and let me know in the comments or by email which version you liked better!

This deep dish cookie pie looks just as gooey, delicious and chocolatey as it tastes. And you don't even have to feel guilty about enjoying this one, because this cookie pie doesn't need any flour, sugar, oil or butter. The secret ingredient are chickpeas! The legumes add a good portion of protein in this recipe. Refined sugar is replaced by dates.
