When the days get longer, the sun shines more often, and spring slowly arrives, I really crave light, creamy desserts like this advocaat tiramisu. And honestly, it immediately makes me think of my dad – because he absolutely loves advocaat.

Unfortunately, I haven't been home for Easter the last few years, but this recipe feels a bit like anticipation: for holidays together, good food, and the moments we enjoy together. And maybe this tiramisu will be on our Easter table very soon. 💛

Inspiration for this Advocaat Tiramisu Recipe

Several years ago I stumpled upon this Eggnog Tiramisu Recipe by lecker.de and had to recreate it – and since then, I've made this tiramisu every Easter! I've tweaked a few things, like adding a pinch of salt and vanilla extract. I also think the cream tastes even better with chocolate shavings! Feel free to try the original recipe or trust my taste... Let me know what you think in the comments!

  • Yeasted Pudding Bunnies: These adorable yeast pudding bunnies will make children's eyes light up at Easter. But even adults won't be able to resist this sweet temptation! Delight your loved ones with an Easter greeting and these sweet yeast vanilla pudding bunnies!
  • Carrot Cake Oatmeal Muffins: These carrot cake muffins combine the flavor of carrot cake with the nutritional density of rolled oats. Raisins provide natural sweetness, walnuts a pleasant texture, and a light cream cheese frosting completes the muffins. They are particularly well-suited for a balanced breakfast and fit perfectly into a cycle-based diet during the follicular phase.
  • Carrot Cake Porridge: This comforting porridge brings the taste of carrot cake straight to your breakfast bowl – with delicate spices like cinnamon, cardamom, nutmeg, allspice, and ginger, plus fresh grated carrots and lemon zest. Thanks to rolled oats, plant-based milk, and a light and airy cream cheese topping, it's lighter than the classic cake, but just as cozy and flavorful – finished with crunchy walnuts for an extra bite.
  • Healthified Creamy Avocado Egg Salad: This creamy avocado and egg salad combines high-quality protein with healthy omega-3 fatty acids, making it particularly suitable for a hormone-friendly diet during the follicular phase. Greek yogurt provides a light, creamy texture, while lemon juice, fresh herbs, and mustard give the salad a balanced flavor. A nutrient-rich and balanced alternative to classic egg salad with mayonnaise.

Advocaat Tiramisu (without raw egg)

This advocaat tiramisu is a simple dessert without raw eggs, where ladyfingers are soaked in espresso and layered alternately with a creamy mascarpone-cream-advocaat custard. Chocolate shavings in the custard add extra texture and flavor. Before serving, the tiramisu is finished with a drizzle of advocaat and more chocolate shavings – ideal as a festive dessert for Easter.
